- 6 strips bacon
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 large can creamed corn
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- small amount of milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. fish, cut into 1-inch pieces
Directions

1Fry bacon and crumble.

2Put aside.

3Place diced potatoes into bacon drippings and cover with water.

4Cook until done.

5Add fish chunks and cook additional 5 minutes (until fish flakes).

6Add corn, butter and salt/pepper to taste.

7Add bacon and enough milk to get to chowder consistency.

8Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve hot.
