  • 2 lb. haddock or cod fillets
  • 3 c. cold water
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cubed potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. hot milk

    Boil fish in water.

    Saute onion until golden brown.

    Add to stock.

    Add cubed potatoes and cook until potatoes are soft.
