- 2 lb. haddock or cod fillets
- 3 c. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion
- 4 cubed potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. hot milk
Directions

1Boil fish in water.

2Saute onion until golden brown.

3Add to stock.

4Add cubed potatoes and cook until potatoes are soft.

5Add milk, butter and seasoning.
