- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. can stewed tomatoes, cut
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In medium skillet, cook green pepper, onion and celery in butter until tender.

3Stir in rest of ingredients.

4Mix well.

5Pour tomato mix over fillets.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until fish is tender.
