- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- pepper to taste
- dash of lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- dry toasted bread crumbs
Directions

1Discard skin and brown crust from fish; flake enough to equal 1 cup.

2Mix with remaining ingredients except dry bread crumbs. Form into croquettes.

3Roll in dry toasted bread crumbs.

4Place on foil-covered baking sheet.

5Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes.
