Fish Filets On Spinach

  • White fish
  • lemon juice
  • oil
  • chopped onions
  • spinach (1/2 lb / person)
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • nutmeg
  • sliced tomato
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Wash fish, pat dry, sprinkle w/ lemon juice, let stand 10 minutes.

    Heat oil, add onions, saute till soft, add fish - fry till lightly golden (few minutes).

    Remove fish and onions. Add spinich - cook till wilted (4 - 5 minutes).

    In greased dish add spinach and fish. Sprinkle w/ salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Top w/sliced tomatoe and cheese.

    Bake, 350, 15 minutes.
