- Dash of cajun seasoning
- 6 oz. beer
- 1 egg
- Fish fillets

1Mix cornmeal, flour and seasoning.

2Set aside. In a separate bowl blend beer and egg.

3Beat until frothy.

4Dip fish in wet ingredients and then dredge in dry.

5Let sit for 10 minutes.
