  • 1 pound fish fillets divided
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 ounces onions sliced, divided
  • 1 teaspoon parsley leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chives chopped
  • 6 ounces potatoes peeled, cut, divided
  • 1 x salt and black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons margarine

Directions

    Place 1/2 of fish fillets on a piece of foil.

    Sprinkle each with lemon juice and paprika.

    Place 1/2 of the onion slices on each fillet.

    Combine parsley and chives.

    Roll potato in parsley mixture.

    Arrange 1/2 potato sticks around each fillet.

    Season each with salt and pepper.

    Fold foil and secure tightly.

    Bake 325F (160C).
