- celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
- onion, chopped or sliced
- sliced potatoes
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- butter, cut into small bits
- cooking oil or spray
Directions

1Place a 14-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil on the counter for each serving.

3Place fillet(s) on foil. Add lemon juice and spread over fish.

4Cover the fillet(s) with any amount you desire of celery, onion, sliced potatoes, salt and butter.

5Add small bits of butter, as desired.

6Place on grill over medium-low heat for 35 to 45 minutes.
