Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fish meat (boneless)
  • 20 crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 to 8 heaping Tbsp. onions, chopped fine
  • fresh green onion and parsley to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • salt to taste
  • red pepper to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 3/4 block oleo
  • cracker meal

Directions

    Bring pot of water to full boil (enough to cover fish).

    Drop in fish.

    Leave only until rawness is out and fish turns white. Drain fish; season while still warm.

    Break into small pieces.
