  • 7/8 pound hake fillets or medallions
  • 3 eggs
  • 9 1/16 cups frozen broccoli
  • mashed potatoes bimby recipe, or instant mashed potatoes
  • mozzarella cheese
  • olive oil to taste

    Make the mashed potatoes.

    Meanwhile, boil the fish, broccoli, and eggs.

    Once cooked, drain the fish and broccoli very well.

    Cut the fish into small pieces, and slice the eggs in thin circles.

    When the puree is ready, spread half in the baking pan.

    On top, put the broccoli, then the fish, and finally the sliced boiled eggs.

    Sprinkle generously with olive oil, preferably one flavored with garlic and herbs.

    Cover the top with the remaining puree, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

    Bake to a gratin.
