- 1 lb. fish
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pie shell
- cheese (optional)
Directions

1First:

2Fry fish, then break it into bite size pieces.

3Cut up onion and saute in butter, then add cream of mushroom soup and milk.

4Cook until thick, then add fish and cook another 5 to 10 minutes.

5Then pour into your pie shell.

6Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

7Melt margarine and spoon over crumbs.

8Preheat oven to 375° and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
