  • 1 lb. fish
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 pie shell
  • cheese (optional)

Directions

    First:

    Fry fish, then break it into bite size pieces.

    Cut up onion and saute in butter, then add cream of mushroom soup and milk.

    Cook until thick, then add fish and cook another 5 to 10 minutes.

    Then pour into your pie shell.

    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

    Melt margarine and spoon over crumbs.

    Preheat oven to 375° and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
