- 4 fish fillets
- 10 oz. frozen asparagus spears
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- lemon pepper
- 1 box flavored rice dinner
Directions

1Cook asparagus and rice as directed on packages.

2Place 4 to 6 asparagus spears on fillets and roll up, starting from narrow end. Place rolls, seam side down, in baking dish.

3Brush with margarine. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.

4Bake at 375° until fish flakes easily (about 18 to 20 minutes).
