- 2 lb. fish fillets
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1 c. seasoned stuffing
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can Manhattan clam chowder
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1With paper towels, clean and dry fish fillets.

2If wide, cut in half lengthwise.

3Combine salt, pepper and basil.

4Sprinkle on fish.

5Blend stuffing, egg and lemon juice.

6Fill fillets with stuffing.

7Roll up jelly roll fashion.

8Fasten with toothpicks. Combine clam chowder and sour cream.

9Pour over rolls.

10Sprinkle with paprika.

11Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
