  • 1 12 lbs flounder fillets, cut in 12 strips
  • 12 lb salmon fillet, cut in 12 cubes
  • 3 onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon paprika
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Wrap one strip of flounder around each cube of salmon to form rosettes; secure with toothpicks.

    Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.

    Arrange onions on bottom of dish; place rosettes on top of onions.

    Combine salt, paprika and pepper in small bowl; sprinkle over fish and onions.

    Add tomato sauce to baking dish.

    Dot fish with butter.

    Bake 45 min or until fish flakes with a fork; baste with tomato sauce every 15 min while baking.
