Ingredients

  • 1 pound fish fresh (croakers, porgies, etc.)
  • 2 teaspoons ginger or fresh ginger root , smashed, ground
  • 2 medium tomatoes quartered
  • 1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
  • 1 each lemon juice of
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 each scallions, spring or green onions stalk , diced

Directions

    Put all ingredients except lemon juice in a large sauce pan and simmer for 45 minutes.

    Bring serving, add lemon juice and diced scallion and serve.
