  • sliced fresh tomatoes
  • 1 to 2 onions
  • peeled white potatoes
  • 2 stalks celery
  • chopped green pepper (optional)
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • paprika
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. shrimp
  • oysters
  • crab meat

    Use about 1 1/2 or 2 pounds fish filets (no bones), skinned and cut in pieces about 1 1/2-inch square.
