Ingredients
- 1 (1 x 2-inch) salt pork, cut up
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 lb. potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 c. water
- 1 lb. fish, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (5 oz.) can milk
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 boiled egg, mashed
Directions

1Cook salt pork in a Dutch oven over low heat for 20 minutes or until most of the fat is rendered.

2Add onion.

3Cook over medium heat until onion is tender and pork is brown.

4Add potatoes and water.

5Bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat.

7Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.

8Add fish, soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce and egg. Continue cooking until potatoes are tender and soup is heated through.
