- 1 onion large, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/3 pounds potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 6 3/4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 stew pack Lusomar
- salt
- 1 chili pepper
Directions

1Place onion on the bottom of a pan. Top with potatoes.

2Wash and cut peppers into strips being careful to remove all of the seeds and the pith.

3Spread pepper strips on top of the potatoes.

4Wash tomatoes, cut in chunks, add to pan.

5Drizzle with olive oil, cover pan, and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.

6After about 10 minutes, fish, and chili pepper cut in pieces.

7Cover the pan so the fish can cook and soak up all the flavor. Simmer for about 10 more minutes.

8Adjust the seasonings, serve immediately.
