- 3 lbs. flounder filets
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 - 8 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 bottle ketchup
- 1/2 oz. Tabasco sauce (1 Tbsp.)
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry bacon.

2Remove from pan.

3Brown onions in drippings. Place 3 c. water in large pot.

4Bring to boil.

5Pour onion and drippings into pot.

6Add fish, Tabasco, Worcestershire and salt and pepper.

7Cook until fish is done.

8Add ketchup and tomato paste.

9Cook 2 hours.

10Serve over rice.
