  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 12 None frozen fish sticks, thawed
  • 4 None bread rolls, split lengthwise
  • 8 None small lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 None avocado, peeled and sliced

Directions

    Mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl. Set aside.

    Spray a large nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium heat. Add the fish sticks and cook 1-2 mins on each side until crisp.

    Lightly toast the rolls. Layer the bottom half with lettuce, cheese, avocado and fish sticks. Drizzle with the mayonnaise mixture and top with the other half of the roll.
