  • 2 tomatoes medium, diced
  • 3 tablespoons onion minced
  • 5 coriander sprigs, ground
  • 1 lemon

  • 1 cup corn flakes ground
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 3 fish fillets sliced in strips
  • 4 lettuce leaves diced
  • 8 tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

    Mix the tomatoes, onion, coriander, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl to obtain the sauce.

    Place the corn flakes, flour, egg, ginger, and a pinch of salt and black pepper in different deep plates or bowls.

    Cover the fish fillets slices with flour, and then cover them with egg, and finally with the corn flakes mixture.

    Heat a skillet with the vegetable oil at medium heat and grill the fish fillets until the crust is golden brown on each side. Place them on paper towel to remove some of the oil.

    Spread lettuce leaves on the tortillas, add 2 to 3 slices fish fillets, pour sauce on them, and serve.
