Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoons Seasoning Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons Lime Zest
  • 13 cups Light Sour Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic
  • 1/2 whole Lime Squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 2 dashes Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 5 whole Flour Tortillas
  • 3 whole Tilapia Filets
  • 1 cup Cabbage, Broccoli, Carrots, And Cauliflower Mix

Directions

    In a food processor add all of the sauce ingredients and process until well blended and set aside.

    Combine all of the rub ingredients.

    Heat a medium sauce pan with olive oil over medium heat; rub the tilapia with the rub mixture on both sides.

    Cook each filet on each side for about 3 minutes and then use your spatula to crumble the filets.

    Cook for an additional minute.

    Heat the flour tortillas and add some sauce, cabbage mixture, and then the fish.

    Serve with chips and salsa
