  • fish such as ling
  • sliced potatoes
  • chopped cilantro coarsely
  • chopped parsley coarsely
  • onions sliced
  • bay leaf
  • fresh tomatoes peeled and coarsely chopped
  • coarse salt
  • white pepper
  • olive oil
  • water

Directions

    Place the onion, cilantro, parsley, bay leaf and tomato in a large pot.
