- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 2 guajillo chilies seeded, deveined and sliced
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 6 fish fillets Tilapia
- salt
- pepper
- lime juice
- parsley chopped
Directions

1In a large skillet, heat the olive oil.

2Saute the garlic and chili, being careful not to burn them.

3Add the tomato puree and stir.

4Add the fish fillets. Season with salt and pepper, and add a few drops of lime on top of each fillet.

5Once it has cooked on one side, turn over to cook on the other.

6Garnish with garlic, chili, and parsley. Serve.
