  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 2 guajillo chilies seeded, deveined and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 6 fish fillets Tilapia
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lime juice
  • parsley chopped

Directions

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil.

    Saute the garlic and chili, being careful not to burn them.

    Add the tomato puree and stir.

    Add the fish fillets. Season with salt and pepper, and add a few drops of lime on top of each fillet.

    Once it has cooked on one side, turn over to cook on the other.

    Garnish with garlic, chili, and parsley. Serve.
