  • 2 lb. flounder or sole fillets
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
  • 2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. ground thyme
  • fresh parsley

Directions

    Roll fish fillets.

    Place in well buttered casserole dish. Combine soup, Worcestershire sauce and thyme.

    Pour over fish. Bake uncovered in a 425° oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.

    Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

    Serves 4 to 6.
