Ingredients
- 1 lb. flounder, haddock or sole fillets
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped medium
- 1/4 c. sliced onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 stick margarine or butter
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 lb. spaghetti, broken in thirds
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
Directions

1Rinse fish and set aside.

2In a heavy pan, melt butter and cook celery, onion and garlic until tender.

3Add sauce and rest of seasonings.

4Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

5Add water and uncooked spaghetti.

6Mix, cover and cook until spaghetti is firm and tender (al dente).

7Add fish.

8Cover and simmer until fish flakes.

9Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
