  • 1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 c. flaked coconut, sweetened
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. sour cream (may substitute plain low-fat yogurt if watching cholesterol)

    Combine oranges, pineapple, coconut and sour cream.

    Add marshmallows and mix well.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
