- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. each: vanilla, lemon, coconut, butter and rum extracts
Directions

1Cream butter, oil and sugar until mixture is light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time.

2Beat until lemon-colored.

3Sift flour and baking powder.

4Add this alternately with milk.

5Stir in all 5 extracts.

6Bake in a 10-inch tube pan in a preheated 355° oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done.

7Cake is good for several days if it is around that long!!
