- 3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 tsp. rum extract
- 1 tsp. butter extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 5 eggs, well beaten
- 3 c. flour (unsifted)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sweet milk
Directions

1Cream margarine, oil and sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add flavorings.

3Beat eggs until light and lemon colored and add to mixture.

4Add flour, baking powder and salt to cream mixture, alternating with milk.

5Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
