- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. imitation coconut flavor, rum flavor, butter flavor, lemon flavor, vanilla flavor
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk (room temperature)
Directions

1Cream together butter, Crisco and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.

3Add flour, baking powder and salt alternately with milk.

4Add flavorings.

5Bake in 325° oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until cake shrinks from pan or tests done with toothpick.

6Cool in pan on rack for 5 minutes.

7Invert on rack to remove cake.

8Use a tube pan; grease with Crisco and flour.
