- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 5 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. each: coconut, rum, butter, lemon and vanilla flavorings
Directions

1Cream the butter and shortening.

2Add sugar; be beating well at medium speed on electric mixer.

3Add eggs.

4Combine flour and baking powder.

5Add to mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour.

6Stir in flavorings.

7Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

8Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
