- 1 lb. beef stew meat
- potatoes and vegetables
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
Directions

1In 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, place the stew meat down the center length of the dish.

2Cut potatoes, carrots, green beans, onions and celery or whatever other vegetables you like in your stew on either side of the beef stew meat.

3Mix together sugar, salt and tapioca.

4Sprinkle over top of meat and vegetables.
