- 4 large carrots, sliced
- 1 large onion, in chunks
- 4 to 6 celery stalks, in chunks
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 3 Tbsp. wine (optional)
- 1 green pepper, in chunks
- 2 lb. can tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
