- 3 carrots, cut in 2-inch pieces
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 can peas (juice and all)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put in layers, starting with the meat, into a casserole dish or pan.
