- 1 lb. lean stew meat
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 c. sliced carrots
- 3 c. diced potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. celery
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place stew meat in bottom of pan.

2Add layers of onion, carrots, potatoes and celery.

3Sprinkle tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper on top.

4Spread soup over top.

5Pour water down sides.

6Do not stir!

7Bake at 225° for 5 hours or on high in crock-pot for 4 1/2 hours and low for 1/2 hour.

8Stir and serve.
