Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions

    Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.

    Bring to a boil; cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. (Start timing when mixture starts to bubble around edge of pan.) Remove from heat.

    Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla.

    Stir vigorously for one minute, until marshmallows melt and blend.

    Pour into 8-inch square pan; cool.

    Cut into squares.
