- 3 c. lukewarm water
- 1 c. sugar (scant c.)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil or melted shortening
- 1 rounded Tbsp. dry yeast
- 10 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Combine water, sugar and yeast.

2Add salt, oil and then eggs. Blend in flour until dough is formed.

3Mix at 5 o'clock in the afternoon.

4Punch down every hour. Shape into buns at about 10:00 or 11:00 in the evening. Cover and let set on cupboard until morning. Bake at 350° for 15 or 20 minutes. Will make about 100 small buns.

5Freezes well.
