  • 4 small chicken leg quarters (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. five-spice powder
  • 8 Bibb lettuce leaves

    Bring large pan of water to boil.

    Add chicken; return to boil.

    Drain; set chicken aside.

    Mix next 5 ingredients in large bowl.

    Add chicken; toss to evenly coat.

    Refrigerate 30 min.

    to marinate.

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.

    Place chicken in single layer in shallow foil-lined pan.
