  • 14 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 14 cup onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon gingerroot, minced
  • 1 teaspoon five-spice powder (Chinese)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl.

    Add 4 servings of your meat of choice (1 lb boneless or 2 lb of bone-in).

    Stir to incorporate, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours (only 30 minutes if using fish or prawns).
