- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 star anise
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
- Pinch Sichuan peppercorns
Directions

1Uncap rum, and add spices.

2Replace cap and shake bottle well, then let stand at room temperature for 48 hours.

3Strain rum through a fine sieve, and discard spices.

4Serve in highball glasses straight up, chilled or on the rocks.
