- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 c. cauliflower flowerets
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded American cheese
Directions

1Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes until tender, drain.

2Cool slightly and slice.

3Cook cauliflower, carrots and onion in boiling water about 10 minutes, drain.

4Place all vegetables in a 2-quart rectangular baking dish.

5Stir together soup and milk.

6Spoon over vegetables.

7Bake, covered, in 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

8Uncover, sprinkle on top and bake 3 to 4 minutes more or until cheese melts.

9Serves 12.
