- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 can French fried onion rings
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. celery seed or bon appetit
- 1 can Pillsbury Hungry Jack biscuits
Directions

1Brown meat in skillet.

2Add mushrooms (sliced) and 3/4 can onion rings.

3Cook several minutes.

4Place in greased casserole. Heat mushroom soup (undiluted); stir in 1/2 cup sour cream and pour over meat.

5Cut each biscuit in half and arrange cut side down around edge of casserole.

6Place remaining onion rings in center.

7Beat egg.

8Add 1/2 cup sour cream, celery seed and salt. Spoon over biscuits.

9Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

10Serves 6 to 8.
