- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup cold Land O Lakes Butter
- 1 cup buttermilk*
Directions

1Heat oven to 425F.

2Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

3Stir in buttermilk just until moistened.

4Turn dough onto lightly floured surface; knead until smooth (about 10 times).

5Roll out dough to 3/4-inch thickness.

6Cut out biscuits with 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.

7Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased baking sheet.

8Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned.
