- 2 c. pastry flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. Crisco
- 1/4 c. ice cold water
Directions

1In a mixing bowl sift together flour and salt.

2Cut in Crisco with pastry blender, fork or 2 knives.

3Sprinkle water, 1 tablespoon at a time over flour mixture just enough to moisten. Pat dough into a ball.

4Wrap in wax paper and chill.

5When ready to use, divide into 2 parts and roll out.

6Makes 2 (9-inch) pie crust shells.
