- 19 ounces jar morello cherries or 19 ounces bing cherries, drained
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
Directions

1melt the butter in a skillet.

2Saute the cherries and sugar in the butter over high heat for 2 minutes.

3add the rum and flambe immediately.

4Reduce for 1 minute.

5Serve hot over ice-cream.
