  • 2 large tomatoes, seeded, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, thinly sliced
  • 1 can (5 oz.) tuna, drained, flaked
  • 1 roasted red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp. capers

Directions
