  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 medium flank steak

Directions

    Sprinkle medium flank steak with meat tenderizer.

    Roll steak and place toothpicks in to hold.

    Place in mixture; allow to marinate for 3 hours.

    Broil steak for 25 minutes on each side and to serve as gravy over steak.
