- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 medium flank steak
Directions

1Sprinkle medium flank steak with meat tenderizer.

2Roll steak and place toothpicks in to hold.

3Place in mixture; allow to marinate for 3 hours.

4Broil steak for 25 minutes on each side and to serve as gravy over steak.
