- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- fresh garlic, chopped or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Directions

1Trim fat from steak.

2Combine remaining ingredients as marinade.

3Marinate 4 hours or overnight.

4Broil 4 to 5 minutes each side (for medium-rare), brushing with marinade.

5Slice thinly across grain.
