  • 2 lb. or more flank steak
  • 4 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • fresh garlic, chopped or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley

    Trim fat from steak.

    Combine remaining ingredients as marinade.

    Marinate 4 hours or overnight.

    Broil 4 to 5 minutes each side (for medium-rare), brushing with marinade.

    Slice thinly across grain.
