  • 6 ounces butter
  • 6 ounces brown sugar
  • 1 dessert spoon golden syrup
  • 8 ounces rolled oats
  • 1 ounce self raising flour

Directions

    In a saucepan, melt butter, sugar and golden syrup.

    Add to oats and flour and mix well.
  3. 3
    Press gently into a greased and lined baking tin and bake for 20 mins at 180 (gas mark 4).
