- 4 c. white flour
- 3 c. graham flour
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. All-Bran
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 3 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix flours, oatmeal, All-Bran, baking powder, salt and sugar. Work in shortening by hand or pastry blender.

2Add soda to buttermilk and add to make a stiff dough.

3Divide dough into small pieces.

4Roll out on a floured board or pastry cloth and add more flour as needed to keep from getting sticky.

5Roll very thin, using a corrugated rolling pin.

6Bake on cookie sheet at 400° for 10 minutes.
